I do enjoy a bit of Dalai-baiting. I was about to comment that the Dalai Lama whose theocratic rule of Tibet was populated not by citizens and not even subjects but who were mere slaves, but it seems as if John got their first!

Sorry Reidski! I read my original posting and thought it might be read as sympathetic to the Llama.
And I missed out the word people between "but" and "who" - my sentence should make sense now!
