a sad day, indeed. brian labone, the greatest evertonian of them all, has passed away, aged 66.
nobody loved the club more. nobody served it better.
a great player and a true gentleman.

Depressing news. 66, fer christ's sake. I still remember watching him play. And had him in my picture album long before Panini came along. Must have been Park Drive.
